Solutions Delivery supports our pre-sales team during the high level solution and proposal stage of our engagement with your organisation.
Within a short time from contract execution, a project team is assembled and Solutions Delivery then assumes the primary relationship with your project team during deployment. Following the agreed period of post-implementation support, Solutions Delivery will then transition your business into Veda’s Customer and IT Support services, which will become your key point of contact during ongoing business-as-usual functions.
